Stockan’s Oatcakes is a family run company based in the Orkney Islands, in the harbour town of Stromness and we have been baking there for over 100 years.

Great taste and quality are the key to our award winning Orkney Oatcakes. These crunchy savoury biscuits are baked full of slow energy releasing wholegrain oats, are naturally high in fibre, contain no artificial preservatives or flavourings and are suitable for vegetarians.

Stockan’s is famous for producing triangle oatcakes. This shape dates back centuries to when oats and water would be mixed together, the dough rolled out thinly like a pancake, cooked on a round griddle over an open fire and then quartered.

Oatcakes are eaten in the same way as savoury biscuits so can enjoyed with soups and stews, and are a perfect addition to any cheese board. They are delicious with a variety of savoury and sweet toppings, can be eaten on their own as 'on the go' healthy snacks and can also be used in recipes. Please look at our website www.stockans.com for serving suggestions.

Stockan’s Oatcakes have an “AA+” BRC accreditation and is a Living Wage employer
