Earlier this year we canvassed our customers’ views on what we could do to improve the service and communication we provide across our digital platforms.

The over-arching feedback was, that you, our customers, wanted to be able to order on-line but that the current e-shop was too complicated to use.

So, over the past few months we have been working with ecommerce experts to create a new on-line shop.

The new site is simple to use and easy to navigate, with new products, best sellers and exclusive promotions displayed prominently.

Most importantly, you will know immediately if one of your items is out of stock. What’s more, you will be shown a list of suggested alternatives.

The new site will also automatically save purchase history leading to an efficient re-order process.
