Press Release: Cotswold Fayre Restructures to Improve Customer Service and Prepare for Growth

Following a year of consolidation, fine food distributor, Cotswold Fayre, has announced a number of changes to the company structure to improve customer service and prepare for future growth.
As part of these changes the company has created a new combined Managing Director and Finance Director role.
Cotswold Fayre Founder, Paul Hargreaves says: “It is time to bring in some extra support to both strengthen the service we offer and prepare for future growth.”
Ian Roberts who will fill this role, joins the company with a wealth of experience and finance expertise having spent more than 25 years at director level for major retail companies such as Oak Furniture Land and Warren Evans. As part of this job role, Ian will oversee the company finances, the operations team and the customer service team.
Ian Roberts says: “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Cotswold Fayre. While the speciality food sector is new to me, it has many parallels to the retail sector and I am excited to be part of such an ambitious company.
“As the company looks to expand in the next few years, customer service will remain at the heart of the company ethos. The team and I will ensure that we have the strong support functions in place to handle future growth whilst providing excellent customer experience.”
In addition to this new appointment, the company has also expanded its sales team, adding new sales regions in preparation for growth.
The four new Regional Sales Managers include; Andrew Gibson for London, Elaine Shirley for Scotland, Gillian Herdman for North West and Leanne Castle for East Anglia.
